Razumei is an AI-powered tutoring platform that provides educational assistance through AI avatar tutors. The Service uses artificial intelligence (including large language models, text-to-speech, and avatar rendering) to deliver interactive tutoring sessions across various academic subjects.
The Service is an educational supplement, NOT a replacement for professional instruction, certified tutoring, or accredited educational programs.

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Razumei LLC shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at purchase. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle.
The Service, including its design, code, AI models, avatar designs, voice synthesis, content, and branding, is the property of Razumei LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Study notes generated during sessions are provided for personal educational use only. You may not commercially distribute, sell, or publish session transcripts, study notes, or recordings.
User-generated content (messages, feedback) remains your property, but you grant Razumei LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for improving the Service, training models, and analytics — in anonymized and aggregated form only.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS, AND YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ARISING FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON SUCH CONTENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RAZUMEI LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
IN NO EVENT SHALL RAZUMEI LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Razumei LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
The Service is not intended for children under 13 without parental consent. If you are under 13, your parent or guardian must create a parent account, link your account as a child account, and consent to these Terms on your behalf.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will promptly delete it.
If you encounter any content from an AI tutor that you believe is inappropriate, inaccurate, or harmful, please report it immediately using the flag button in the session or by contacting us at [email protected].
We review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include updating AI safety guidelines, correcting content issues, or suspending accounts involved in abuse.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court.
YOU AGREE TO WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
Small claims court actions and requests for injunctive relief are exempt from this arbitration provision.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
